We advise on what needs to go and the best substitutions for your favorites. We help you create a healthy shopping list, and can even help you shop.

JUICE FASTS & LIQUID CLEANSE PROGRAMS

Need help implementing a liquid fast? Whether it’s your first time cleanse, or you are a seasoned fasting enthusiast, we will provide refreshing juices, nourishing broths, raw soups, plant infusions, and herbal teas to support you in obtaining your desired goal.

VACATION MEAL PLANNING

Do you want to relax and enjoy your getaway - and not have to think about anything kitchen-related? Let us help you plan your perfect plant-based vacation. If you are looking to clean up your diet, or indulge in local comfort food, we will help you meal-plan your stay from start to finish. 

Custom-meal planning with printable menus - $154 per hour

SPECIAL EVENTS

Would you love to host a Farm-to-Table event in your own space? Whether once a week or once a year, we are available for on-site meal prep for you, your family, or guests (up to 12). We will create your picnic, Friday night cookout, Sunday brunch, or even a simple family dinner. 100% plant-based, 100% delicious!

WELLNESS RETREAT MENUS

Are you hosting a retreat in Hawai'i? We are available to plan and implement customized menus for high-end teacher trainings and private wellness retreats. We are able to accommodate delicious, light, healthy fare on-site for anywhere from 2 to 20+ guests.

Looking for something special? We will find the local plant products you need. Stock your kitchen with the highest-quality provisions grown here in Hawai’i. As well, we produce our own line of products in a licensed professional kitchen - including delicious raw food snacks and cold-pressed oils.
